No — and it's not trying to. Your ATS tracks candidates from application through to placement and handles compliance, client CRM, and data retention. HireBrief does one thing: the CV screening and shortlist preparation that happens before you open your ATS. They do different jobs.

"Not Found" means the skill wasn't in the CV — not that the candidate lacks it. CVs are imperfect documents. "Not Found" is a prompt to investigate at interview, not an automated rejection.
Your CVs and job descriptions are never stored — they're read, analysed, and discarded. Only the scored results are kept, and those are automatically deleted after 30 days. Candidate data is never used to train third-party models without explicit consent.
